• Warranty applies when properly installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions on suitable interior surfaces of flat glass windows by a duly authorized dealer.
• Many Vista films for residential flat glass installations are backed by a lifetime limited warranty*.
• The warranty is extended to the original purchaser and may be transferable (one-time only for residential applications, subject to conditions).

Many Policies Cover Glass & Film Replacement

Many modern homeowners and commercial insurance policies now include coverage for window film replacement when glass is damaged or replaced.

If glass must be replaced due to breakage, your policy may also cover:

• Removal of existing film
• Replacement glass
• Reinstallation of LLumar or Vista film

Always confirm coverage details with your insurance provider—but premium window film often pays for itself over time.

• Cure Time takes 3–5 days (longer in cold/humid weather)
• No interior cleaning for a full 30 days
• Tiny water bubbles, cloudy haze, or "fingerprint" marks? 100% normal – trapped moisture/adhesive will evaporate and disappear on their own (never push or pick at them) If they persist please call us to review the install & make sure your tint job is up to industry standards for installation.
• Dust specks? Normal in every professional install – Older windows & doors have more dust specs due to the amount of debris trapped into the gaskets & seals, this is unavoidable for any installer. Wood frames are specifically at risk, especially older ones.
• After 30 days: clean only with ammonia-free solution (a couple drops baby shampoo + water) and soft microfiber cloth works great. Never use ammonia cleaners (Windex, 409, etc.), rough paper towels, brushes, or razor blades on the film.
• Exterior glass cleans exactly like normal. Your tint is on the inside of your home in most every case unless a specific exterior applied film.
